It is the celebration children look forward to all year, and it is the last week of our season: the campsite fills with pumpkins and garlands, the activity team brings out the costumes, and every pool stays heated to thirty degrees.
Yes, the campsite is still open for Halloween. The French autumn holidays, from 17 October to 2 November 2026, fall entirely within our season, which ends on 1 November. During that last week the activity team transforms the village: carved pumpkins, cobwebs and lanterns along the paths, craft workshops in the afternoon, trick-or-treating from cottage to cottage and a big fancy-dress party at nightfall. Everything is run by the campsite team and included in your stay, with no paid registration. The French autumn half-term holidays are the same across all three school zones: from Saturday 17 October to Monday 2 November 2026 (British half term falls within that period). Activities are run by the campsite team and included in your stay, with no paid registration. The kids' club runs six days out of seven throughout your stay, and activities are specially arranged for teenagers.

What happens during Halloween
Pumpkins, sweets and one big evening
It all starts with the decorations: carved pumpkins, cobwebs, lanterns and garlands transform the lanes and the terraces. The entertainment team hands out pumpkins to families, who carve them and then enter them in the contest for the most terrifying one — decorated cottages compete too, and the prizes tend to go to the most inventive.
On the big night, children dressed as witches, ghosts and little monsters set off in small groups to collect sweets around the campsite, before everyone gathers for the evening: mini-disco, karaoke, music quiz and a late vigil for the bravest.
The kids' club, included in your stay
The kids' club does not close in the late season: it welcomes 5 to 12-year-olds six days out of seven, from the first to the last day of your stay, and it is included in the price. No paid registration, no supplement, no day to be booked weeks ahead: you drop the children off in the morning and enjoy a quiet few hours, a few lengths in the pool or a walk on the beach.
During the autumn holidays the whole programme turns to Halloween: pumpkin carving, masks and face painting, decorations to take back to the cottage, treasure hunts along the paths and rehearsals for the big fancy-dress party. Older children are not forgotten: there is no teen club as such, but activities are specially arranged for them during the week — assassin game, giant Cluedo, escape game.
Thirty degrees in the water, and heated cottages
Halloween here is celebrated in a swimsuit as much as in a costume: every pool stays heated to thirty degrees until the last day of the season, the indoor ones as well as the outdoor pool. In the evening you come back to a heated cottage, with its covered terrace for tea and for the pumpkins still being carved.
