What this site collects
This is a showcase site. It has no customer area, no user account and no advertising tracker. It offers a single, optional contact form, on the Services page. No personal data is collected when you simply browse it.
Stays are booked on the Yelloh Village platform, to which our “Book” buttons lead. The data you enter there is processed by Yelloh Village under its own privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you write to us, call us or fill in the contact form of your own accord, we process the following data:
- Data concerned : name, email address, the dates you have in mind if you give them, and the content of your message.
- Purpose : to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare your stay.
- Legal basis : your own voluntary approach, then the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the stay contract.
- Retention period : three years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer.
- Recipients : the campsite’s own staff only. Messages from the form are sent by e-mail from our host o2switch, whose servers are located in France. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties.
Third-party services called by your browser
Displaying the site calls on a few external resources. Typefaces and images are served from our own server. The services below technically receive your IP address; apart from audience measurement, which you must have accepted, no cookie is set by us:
- Google Analytics — audience measurement, loaded only if you accepted it in the banner shown on your first visit. See the “Cookie settings” page.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) — the library that displays the interactive map.
- Esri and OpenStreetMap — map tiles, on the “Around us” page only.
The links to Yelloh Village, our restaurant, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube are plain links. Nothing is loaded from those sites unless you click.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you.
To exercise them, write to us at info@campinglacapricieuse.com or by post to our registered office. Proof of identity may be requested.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data you entrust to us.
Changes
This policy may change, in particular if new features are added to the site. The date it was last updated appears at the top of the page.
